SEO & AI-Ready Web Design in Atlanta

iORSO builds websites engineered for Google rankings and AI citations from the ground up. Every site ships with schema markup (LocalBusiness, Service, FAQPage, BreadcrumbList), AEO-ready content structure, Core Web Vitals optimization, internal linking architecture, and conversion-focused design. We do not build sites that look good and do nothing else. We build sites that rank on Google, get cited by ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews, and convert the traffic they attract into leads. WordPress is our platform. The Bridge is our quality engine. Every page scores 0 to 100 before it goes live. Based in Cumming, GA. About iORSO, serving businesses across the Atlanta metro. Standalone builds from $6,000. Included in SEO/AEO retainers from $2,500/month.

THE PROBLEM

The Problem With Most Web Design

Most web design agencies build sites that look professional and do nothing for search visibility. The design gets approved, the site launches, and then the business owner discovers that Google cannot find the pages, AI engines have no idea the business exists, and the site loads in 6 seconds on mobile because nobody optimized the images.

The fix for this usually involves hiring an SEO agency to retrofit everything the design agency did not think about: schema markup, heading hierarchy, page speed, content structure, internal linking, mobile performance. That is two agencies doing work one should have done correctly the first time.

The deeper problem is that retrofitting SEO onto a site that was not built for it produces weaker results than building SEO into the foundation. A site designed around visual appeal and then patched for search is structurally compromised. The information architecture is wrong. The heading hierarchy was built for design aesthetics, not search intent. The content blocks are sized for visual balance, not AI extraction. The internal linking was not planned because the designer did not think in topic clusters.

iORSO builds sites where search visibility and AI readiness are part of the architecture from day one. Not bolted on. Not patched. Foundational. For context on how web design connects to search and AI visibility, read our post on web design for SEO and AI.

Looks Good, Ranks Nowhere

Most agencies build sites that look good then the client hires an SEO agency to fix everything: missing schema, slow speed, no heading hierarchy.

Built Right the First Time

iORSO builds sites where SEO, AEO, and AI readiness are part of the architecture, not an afterthought bolted on after launch.

WHAT YOU GET

What an iORSO Website Includes

Every site we build ships with the same infrastructure that powers iorso.com, the site that went from 76/100 average quality to 90/100 with 70 percent of pages at A-grade after Bridge optimization.

Schema-Native Architecture

LocalBusiness, Service, FAQPage, Article, and BreadcrumbList schema markup built into the site structure from the start. Not injected later by a plugin. Not added as an afterthought when someone mentions SEO. Structured data is part of the foundation so Google and AI engines understand what your business does, where you are, and what services you offer the moment the site goes live. When we audited iorso.com, it had zero schema on any page. After the build, 30+ pages had full schema stacks deployed in under 2 hours via the Bridge.

AEO-Ready Content Structure

Every page is built with AI citation in mind. Direct-answer opening paragraphs that state entity information clearly (who you are, what you do, where you are). FAQ sections with standalone first-sentence answers that AI engines can extract independently. Content sections sized at 120 to 180 words between headings for optimal AI extraction. Front-loaded information in the first 30 percent of the page where 44 percent of ChatGPT citations originate. This is the content architecture that most web designers do not know exists.

Core Web Vitals Engineered

Page speed, Largest Contentful Paint, Cumulative Layout Shift, and Interaction to Next Paint are built into the development process, not tested after launch. Images are compressed and converted to WebP during the build (we took 174 images on iorso.com from 116MB to 7MB). Lazy loading applied below the fold. Clean code, minimal plugin bloat, optimized hosting. Target: sub-2-second load on mobile.

Internal Linking Architecture

Topic clusters, service-to-location page connections, and blog-to-pillar linking planned before the first wireframe. Every service page links to relevant location pages. Every blog post connects to its pillar page and 2 to 3 related posts. No orphan pages. When we audited iorso.com, 114 blog posts had zero inbound internal links. 100 percent orphaned. The new architecture connects every page to the cluster it belongs to.

Conversion-Focused Design

Strategic CTA placement based on where the visitor is in their evaluation process. The form appears after value is established, not before. Phone click tracking on all phone numbers. CTA click tracking on all buttons. Clear user paths from landing to contact. The site is designed to convert the traffic that SEO, AEO & GEO bring in.

Mobile-First Build

Every site is designed for phones first, then expanded to desktop. Over 60 percent of local searches happen on mobile. A site that does not work perfectly on a phone loses more than half its potential leads. Full-width content on mobile, tap targets at 44px minimum, font sizes at 16px minimum (prevents iOS auto-zoom on form inputs), sticky CTA bar on scroll.

CMS Training and Ownership

You own the site from day one. If you ever leave, you walk away with everything: the design, the content, the schema, the architecture. No lock-in, no hostage situations. You also get hands-on training to update content, add blog posts, and manage basic changes without calling us. WordPress with clear documentation so your team stays independent.

What We Built on Our Own Site (The Proof)

Before we built a client site, we built iorso.com to prove the methodology works.

The Bridge scored 157 pages and found a 76/100 average quality score with only 4 percent of pages AEO-ready. 91 broken links. 114 orphan blog posts. Zero schema on any page. 174 images totaling 116MB. 107,000 monthly impressions converting to only 142 clicks (0.13 percent CTR).

After rebuilding with our process: 90/100 average quality. 70 percent of pages at A-grade. All broken links repaired. All orphan posts connected. Schema on 30+ pages. Images compressed to 7MB. 25 GEO pages with unique local content. 41 blog posts across 4 topic clusters. Conversion tracking live on all forms, phone links, and CTAs.

Total Bridge execution time for the technical fixes: under 8 hours. Manual estimate for the same work: 80+ hours.

Every client site gets this same infrastructure. See the full case study data.

How We Build a Site

Six phases. Five to six weeks from discovery to launch. Nothing is guesswork.

Phase 1: Discovery and SEO Architecture (Week 1)

We audit your current site (if one exists) through an AEO readiness audit to identify what is working and what is broken. We research your competitive landscape, map your target keywords by page, plan the site architecture around service areas and AI citation goals, and define the internal linking structure. You get a sitemap and content hierarchy before any design work starts. This phase is where most web design agencies fail because they skip it entirely.

Phase 2: Wireframes and Content Structure (Week 2)

Page layouts designed around SEO and AEO requirements, not visual aesthetics alone. Schema placement, FAQ sections, heading hierarchy, and internal linking mapped into the wireframes. Each page has a defined purpose: routing page (homepage), depth page (service page), local depth page (GEO page), or authority page (blog post). You approve the structure before we touch visual design.

Phase 3: Visual Design (Weeks 2 to 3)

Brand-aligned design applied to the approved wireframes. Mobile-first, clean, professional. Different layouts for different page types (the homepage routes, service pages go deep, GEO pages cover local territory). No stock photo overload. You review and approve every page design.

Phase 4: Development and Optimization (Weeks 3 to 5)

Clean WordPress build with schema injected during development, images optimized and converted to WebP, Core Web Vitals targets met, and all SEO/AEO foundations in place. Bridge quality scoring runs on every page during development, not after launch. Pages that score below threshold get reworked before they go live. Every page tested across devices and browsers.

Phase 5: Launch and Quality Check (Week 5 to 6)

Site goes live with GA4 analytics, conversion tracking, and phone click tracking installed. We run a full Bridge quality audit to verify every page scores above threshold and produce a launch report with page-by-page grades and a baseline for future comparison. See what our launch process produces.

Phase 6: Post-Launch Support (90 Days)

Three months of support for adjustments, content updates, and performance monitoring. We re-run Bridge quality scores at 30 and 60 days to verify the site is performing. If something needs fixing, we handle it. At 90 days you have a complete dataset showing how the site is performing in Google Search Console, AI citation tests, and Bridge quality scores.

PRICING

Web Design Pricing

Inside an SEO/AEO Retainer (How Most Clients Work With Us)

From $2,500/month

Most iORSO web design happens inside an ongoing SEO, AEO & GEO engagement. We build or rebuild your site as part of the retainer, then continuously optimize it: new pages, schema updates, content improvements, Core Web Vitals fixes, GEO page buildouts. The site gets stronger every month because that is what search and AI visibility requires. A site launched and left alone starts losing ground within 90 days.

SEO/AEO retainers that include site build and ongoing optimization start at $2,500/month.

Most clients who would pay $6,000 to $25,000 for a standalone site get the same build inside a retainer that also includes ongoing optimization, content strategy, GBP management, and AI visibility monitoring.

Standalone Site Build (Project-Based)

From $6,000

If you need a site built without an ongoing retainer, every standalone build includes the same SEO and AEO architecture: schema, Core Web Vitals, internal linking, AEO-ready content structure. The difference is that optimization stops after launch rather than continuing monthly.

Standalone projects range from $6,000 to $25,000+ depending on scope and complexity. A local service business with a clean brand and straightforward services lands at the lower end. A multi-location business with GEO page architecture, AI chatbot integration, and custom functionality lands higher.

All standalone builds include 90 days of post-launch support. Many standalone clients move to a retainer after seeing the initial results and realizing that ongoing optimization compounds those gains.

Who This Is For

Businesses that need a new site built for search and AI visibility from day one, not a template site that needs SEO patched on later. Businesses investing in SEO, AEO & GEO that need site architecture supporting those efforts. Businesses that want AI automation features integrated (chatbots, lead qualification, booking systems) through our BrainEXT process. Atlanta metro businesses in Cumming, Alpharetta, Marietta, Johns Creek), Braselton, and surrounding cities.
Not the right fit if you need a basic template site with no SEO requirements, an e-commerce platform (Shopify, WooCommerce at scale), or the cheapest possible build. We build for performance, not price.

Web Design Quick Facts

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about iORSO web design services.

Every site we build ships with schema markup, AEO-ready content structure, Core Web Vitals optimization, and internal linking architecture as standard. Most web design agencies build the site first and leave SEO to someone else. We build search visibility and AI readiness into the foundation so you do not pay two agencies for one job.
Most projects take 5 to 6 weeks from discovery to launch. Starter sites (5 to 10 pages) can launch in 4 weeks. Larger or more complex builds take 6 to 8 weeks. The timeline includes SEO architecture planning, which most agencies skip, and which is why their sites need rework after launch.
WordPress is our primary platform because the Bridge, our proprietary AI infrastructure, is built for WordPress. Every WordPress site we build gets full quality scoring, schema deployment, and content optimization through the Bridge. For non-WordPress requirements, we evaluate fit on a case-by-case basis.
Yes. We audit your current site through an AEO readiness audit first to identify what is working and what is broken. Many redesigns start as audits because the data shows what needs changing and what should stay. This prevents the common mistake of rebuilding a site and losing the rankings you already had.
That is the point. Every iORSO site is built with AEO and GEO structure: schema markup that tells AI engines what your business does, FAQ sections with answers AI can extract, content formatted for citation, and front-loaded information that ChatGPT and Perplexity can quote directly. Read more about why your website score matters for AI visibility.
Standalone builds range from $6,000 to $25,000+ depending on scope. Most clients get their site built inside an SEO/AEO retainer starting at $2,500/month, which includes the build plus ongoing optimization, content production, and AI visibility monitoring. The retainer route means the site improves every month instead of launching and stagnating.
You get 90 days of post-launch support. We run Bridge quality audits at 30 and 60 days. For ongoing optimization, our SEO, AEO & GEO services continue monthly content optimization, quality re-scoring, and AI citation testing. Most standalone clients convert to retainers within 90 days.
Yes. We host client sites on managed infrastructure optimized for Core Web Vitals and uptime. Performance, security, and updates are handled by iORSO. Your site runs on a dedicated environment, not shared hosting with hundreds of other sites. If you ever leave, your site and all its content transfer to you. We do not use hosting as a lock-in tool.
Yes. From day one. The design, the content, the schema, the architecture, the domain. If you leave iORSO, everything transfers to you. No exceptions.
